Life time of a human

When God created the donkey, he said, "You will make a donkey of humble intellect, working tirelessly from dawn to dusk, carrying burdened burdens and only eating grass. In return for those hardships, you will live up to 50 years. ”
The donkey answered:
- Living like that for 50 years is really miserable. Please let me live no more than 20 years.
God accepted the wishes of the donkey. 

He went on to create the dog and said to him:
- You will look after the whereabouts, protect the property of man, who will see you as best friends. You will eat his leftover soup and live for 25 years.
The dog replied:
- Thank you! But living a dog's life for 25 years is a severe punishment. Please God, my life will last less than 10 years!
The dog's appeal is accepted. 

Then God created the monkey and told him:
- You were born as a monkey. You will swing from tree to tree, acting like an idiot. You will have a funny appearance, specialized in making jokes for people. Thy life expectancy is 20 years.
The monkey thanked God and lamented:
- Life like that lasted up to 20 years is a torture. Please people for me to live only 10 years.
Divine Mercy accepts plea. 

He continued to create people and then said:
- You are the only human, high-class creature who walks on your feet on this earth. You will use wisdom to control every living thing in the world. You will rule the planet and live for 20 years.
People pray:
- My God! Human life is too short 20 years. Please give me 30 years that the donkey refused, 15 years the dog refused and 10 years the monkey abandoned.
So,
God allowed a man to live 20 years as a human being. 
Next, he married and lived for 30 years in a donkey, working hard with the burdens on his back. 
Next, when he had children, he had to live for 15 years as a dog, take care of the house and eat the leftovers that the children left behind. 
In the last 10 years of his life, he lived a monkey, acting like a fool to entertain the grandchildren.

Happines - Is it really hard to find?

Dear friends,

I have been feeling a bit emotional for the past few days. I really appreciate that some of you who have always been there and care for my being. I'd like to share with you one of the piece that I wrote last year this day. Thanks to facebook for reminding me because I can't believe I wrote this :P. I hope you enjoy and feel free to give me your feedback. I love writing as you can see and I want to improve my writing a lot :). I know a lots of you are well educated so please be my mentors and lead me the way <3333333.

We grow up through our journeys of life.
We live, we learn, we experience all kind of emotions that we can feel in our bodies.
We laugh, we cry, we sing, we scream.
Then we laugh all over again. We live and love to find happiness but we fail to realize that happiness is not a fancy thing. It's simple and easy to find but we think too much. We make our lives more complicated so happiness seems to be hard to get.
I remember there was a story I read about a mathematic student. "He was a great student. He was on top of his class. He went to math competitions and won several prices in math. He could solve the most difficult math problem. And one day, a teacher gave a very easy, simple math problem. He tried so hard but he couldn't get it done. His classmate was able to solve the problem in no time. But he couldn't. Then he realized that he had been doing so much complicating math problem that he had forgotten the most basic one..."

Happiness is like that, it's right in front of you if you notice it. If you keep looking for it elsewhere, you will take a long time to find it...Or never find it at all. Sometimes, you just have to be simple to be happy. Sometimes you just have to love to be loved.

I wrote this piece a few years ago and just recently found it. So I am going to share with you guys. I can't even believe myself that I wrote this. I also did a revision because a few years ago my English weren't really good at all :).

Remember, this time I was young and curios about pretty much everything.

I came across some ads on Craigslist which was at the Talent section where people would recruit models/actress/actors/… who would do acting and modelling. Most of the ads were looking for nude models, or actress/actor for adult movie. Also, there were some ads which were looking private hostesses for bachelor parties or gentlemen club’s parties. The pay were great the the ad that caught my attention the most was a guy trying to hire girls to be  his fake girlfriends. The chosen girl would get paid for just doing that, it sounded great right? That ad made me wonder. I messaged the guy and asked him if he wouldn’t mind tell me why he wanted to hire girls to be his fake girlfriend instead finding the real one. He didn’t answer but just asked me if I wanted to be one. I told him I already have a boyfriend. He asked me how much my boyfriend paid me, I said,”his life”. The guy stopped message me.

I’ve been living in Vancouver for almost 8 years and I’ve always been interested in watching and observing people. I've changed a lot after living in Vancouver for more than seven years. Sometimes I can’t even believe myself of how I have changed. I’ve become more mature. However, I also have become more distance to the people I used to be close to. I've come to learn that society can be a big impact in my life.

I see a lot of lonely men and women and they are 40 years old and up. I wonder why they are not with someone. If there are 1 or 2 I can understand, but there are lot of them. You know why that is? Because people here they always care about themselves so much. Always the "I" come first. I find that if the "I" always come first, people will end up with the "myself". They have their guards up all the time to protect themselves. They don’t open up. When you think of nothing but about yourself then you’ll end up with yourself. Some men are in their fifty and yet they don’t have a wife or kid. Their lives are just like that, tasteless. This is the different between Asian and Western. We, Asian people always put family first. No matter what you do, at a certain age, Asian people always try to have their children settled down. Most Asian children respect and listen to parents' opinions.
